There is no cost to cancel an extra pick-up. This does not affect the resident's monthly pick-up.
Who is eligible to cancel the extra trash pick-up?
The account holder needs to call 311 to cancel the extra pick-up.
311 Process Notes
Confirm that you are speaking to the account holder and then send SW a service request to notify of the cancellation. If they are calling in advance of their scheduled date, locate the assigned work order, change the WO Type to Canceled in Routeware and save the work order.
