Abandoned vehicle removal waiver is a form completed by the property owner or agent requesting a vehicle not belonging to a tenant be removed from their private property. The completed form needs to be returned to Neighborhood Services & Enforcement.

When is the form given out?

It is provided upon request.

Is there any charge for the form or the towing?

There is no cost to fill out the form or to have the vehicle removed.

How can it be acquired?

You may fill out the Abandoned Vehicle Removal Form.
