Abandoned vehicle removal waiver is a form completed by the property owner or agent requesting a vehicle not belonging to a tenant be removed from their private property. The completed form needs to be returned to Neighborhood Services & Enforcement.
Is there any charge for the form or the towing?
There is no cost to fill out the form or to have the vehicle removed.
How can it be acquired?
The waiver can be obtained by contacting 311. The form can also be found online to download here.

- Pick up form in NSE office, 13th Floor of County-City Building
