What functionality does the portal currently have?

You can submit online requests for about 20 services, including for Neighborhood Services and Enforcement and Streets.

Call 311 with your service request number for updates on a submitted request. You can also request a service that isn't currently available online by calling 311.

Are there any planned improvements?

We're working on expanding the 311 Service Portal's capabilities, including City requests available online.

Visit the 311 Service Portal's Knowledge Center. This page list all available articles and service requests.
