Residents that do not know where to set their trash and/or yard waste containers, because they do not have curbside access, alley access, or side street access can request to have a supervisor come and assign a location.
What is the cost to have someone verify my property's trash service location?
There is no fee to verify the trash service location on your property.
Where do the services happen?
Placement of trash containers (not on the alley to curbside list) will need to be determined by a supervisor. All extra pick-ups, yard waste containers, and yard waste extra pick-ups will always be in the front of the home; no extras or yard waste will be picked in the alley way.

Any resident paying for City trash services.
When will I know my property trash service location?
Once the call is sent to the Solid Waste office, a supervisor will go out to the address to assess the placement. The resident will then be informed of where to put the service requested.
