The City of South Bend provides free graffiti removal to residents, businesses, and organizations within South Bend city limits. Graffiti removal is addressed by a specialized unit within the Facilities and Grounds division of Venues, Parks, and Arts.


What is the cost for Graffiti Removal?

Removal of graffiti is provided free of cost to anyone within the city limits of the City of South Bend.


When is Graffiti Removal provided?

The City of South Bend has a goal of addressing any graffiti within two (2) business days from the time it is reported.


How can I request Graffiti Removal?

Please report the graffiti and its location by calling 311.

If the graffiti is on your private property, a waiver will need to be signed to allow the graffiti removal team. The waiver can be accessed here or or you can request a hard copy from the 311 agent.
