The Facilities and Grounds Division of Venues Parks and Arts wants to ensure that restrooms within the City of South Bend park system consistently meet the expectations of its users. Facilities and Grounds works hard to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the restrooms in all of our facilities.
How can I request a park bathroom be cleaned?
In the event a park bathroom does not meet your expectations or needs immediate service, please call 311 to report the location and issue of the bathroom that requires attention.
When will it be cleaned?
The safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the restrooms in the park system is very important to us and we will address as soon as possible, typically within one (1) business day.
