Create an Online Account for Utility Portal


South Bend Municipal Utilities launched a new, user friendly bill payment system Tuesday, January 19 at utilities.southbendin.gov. Online account and debit/credit card information from the old system was not transferred over. To manage account information or utilize AutoPay, paperless billing and text to pay, customers will need to create an online account in the new system.
