Report Missing or Damaged Traffic Signs

If you see a missing or damaged traffic sign, such as a stop, yield or street name, you can report it one the following ways:

  • Call 311
    • During business hours (7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.), a 311 liaison will assist you.
    • After hours, follow the 311 prompts to report a Street Emergency.
       
  • Submit an online service request 


What Information Is Needed?

When reporting the issue, please include:

  • A brief description such as “Missing street sign” or “Damaged street name sign”
     
  • The type of sign involved (stop sign, street name, yield, etc.)
     
  • The exact location (intersection or nearest address)
