Picnic and Pavilion Rentals available to provide a friendly, safe environment for people to picnic in, hold a family reunion, baby shower, or corporate event.
When are rentals available?
Picnic and Pavilions may be reserved for the dates May 1st through September 30th. You can reserve for those dates beforehand throughout the year.

How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made anytime online or in person at the Howard Park Event Center, 219 S. St. Louis Blvd., South Bend, IN 46617. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8 am to 8pm, Saturdays 10 am -8 pm and Sundays 1-5 pm. For availability call 574-299-4765.
Where are picnic and pavilion rentals available?
Boehm, Boland, Fremont, Keller, Muessel Grove, O'Brien, Phil St. Clair, Potawatomi, Rum Village, Southeast, and Voorde Parks. Reservations to reserve a space online can be done anytime. Kennedy Park will not be available for the 2026 year.
