Hi guys! I’ve been thinking about how to correctly calculate how many calories I need per day. I want to start tracking my diet and weight, but I don’t know where to start. There’s so much information on the Internet that my head is spinning. For example, some sources say to just count calories, while others suggest using special calculators. Can anyone explain how this works and what I need to take into account to accurately understand my daily calorie intake? Maybe someone can share their experience? Thanks in advance for the advice

Hi, free tdee calculator will help you. It allows you to calculate how many calories you need per day, taking into account your activity level, weight, age and gender. TDEE is your total daily energy, that is, the number of calories needed to maintain your current weight. If you want to lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than TDEE shows, and if you want to gain weight, you need to consume more. This is a very convenient and accurate tool because it takes into account your individual parameters. So if you want a concrete plan, this calculator will be your best assistant!

I also used the  TDEE calculator when I started tracking my weight. It is very convenient that it takes into account your lifestyle. I was able to lose weight in three months simply because I understood how many calories my body needs. It really helps to avoid mistakes such as cutting calories too much or too little.
